An SEO audit that tells you exactly what to fix first.
Rankings rarely stall for one reason. We assess the technical, content, and backlink sides of your site, trace each problem to its root cause, and hand you a prioritized action plan, so you invest where the traffic actually is.
Diagnose before you spend
Most SEO budgets are spent guessing at the wrong problem
When traffic is flat, it's tempting to publish more content or chase links. But the real cause is often somewhere else entirely: pages Google can't index, a slow template, thin pages competing with each other, or a link profile that carries risk. Spend against the wrong cause and the numbers don't move.
An audit replaces the guessing with evidence. We look across the whole site, technical health, content, architecture, and links, find what's actually holding you back, and rank the fixes by impact. You get a plan you can act on, whether your team runs it or we do.
What you get
A complete picture, and a ranked list to act on
Every part of your SEO assessed with real data, then distilled into findings your team can prioritize and execute.
Crawl and indexation review
A full crawl compared against Search Console coverage, so you see which pages are indexed, which are blocked or duplicated, and where crawl budget leaks.
Technical health check
Core Web Vitals, rendering, mobile usability, HTTPS, and site speed measured with field and lab data, so technical drag on rankings is named, not guessed at.
On-page and content audit
Titles, headings, intent match, thin and cannibalizing pages, and content gaps reviewed page by page, so you know what to fix, merge, or expand.
Site architecture and internal links
How authority flows through your structure and internal linking, so orphaned pages and shallow hubs that hold back key URLs are surfaced.
Backlink profile audit
Your link profile assessed for authority, relevance, and toxic or spammy links, so you understand what's earning trust and what could carry risk.
Keyword and competitor gaps
Where you rank, where competitors outrank you, and the queries you should own but don't, so the opportunity is quantified, not assumed.
Analytics and tracking check
GA4 and Search Console setup validated, so the data you'll use to measure recovery is actually trustworthy before you act on it.
Prioritized action plan
Every finding scored by impact and effort into a ranked roadmap, so your team knows exactly what to fix first and why it matters.
How we work
From access to a plan your team can run
A clear path from your real data to root-cause findings, prioritized so the work starts where it pays off.
- 01
Scope and access
We agree on goals and the pages that matter, then get read access to Search Console, GA4, and the site, so the audit reflects your real data.
- 02
Crawl and collect
We crawl the site like a search engine and pull index coverage, performance, ranking, and backlink data into one place for analysis.
- 03
Diagnose
We work through technical, on-page, content, architecture, and link issues, tracing each symptom to its root cause rather than logging surface warnings.
- 04
Prioritize
We score every issue by likely impact on traffic and effort to fix, so the plan starts where it recovers the most rankings for the least work.
- 05
Report and walk through
You get a clear findings report and a ranked roadmap, plus a live walkthrough so your team leaves knowing exactly what to do next.
- Screaming Frog
- Google Search Console
- GA4
- Ahrefs
- Semrush
- PageSpeed Insights
- Lighthouse
Why it matters
A ranked plan is worth more than a longer list
Any tool can produce hundreds of warnings. The hard part is knowing which three actually move rankings and which ninety are noise. An audit without prioritization just moves the guesswork downstream, and busy teams end up fixing whatever is easiest rather than what matters.
We score findings by impact and effort so the sequence is obvious. The result is a faster return on the work: you fix the few things holding back the most traffic first, prove the lift, and build momentum, instead of burning weeks on low-value cleanup that never shows up in the numbers.

Not sure why your rankings have stalled? Book a call and we'll scope an audit.
What is an SEO audit?
An SEO audit is a point-in-time assessment of everything that affects how your site ranks: technical health, on-page and content quality, site architecture, internal links, and your backlink profile. We crawl the site, pull your Search Console and analytics data, and trace ranking problems to their root causes. The output is a clear picture of what's holding you back and a prioritized plan to fix it, not a raw dump of every warning a tool can generate.
What's included, and what do we actually get?
You get a findings report covering crawl and indexation, Core Web Vitals and technical health, on-page and content issues, architecture and internal linking, and your backlink profile, plus a keyword and competitor gap analysis. Every issue is scored by impact and effort into a ranked action plan, and we walk your team through it live so the priorities are clear. You leave knowing exactly what to fix first and why.
How is an SEO audit different from an SEO strategy?
An audit diagnoses the current state: what's wrong, why, and what it's costing you in rankings and traffic. A strategy looks forward: the keywords, content, and links you'll pursue to grow. They connect directly. The audit's prioritized findings become the input to the strategy, so you build a roadmap on evidence about your actual site rather than a generic checklist. Many clients start with an audit and move into strategy from there.
Do you fix the issues, or just report them?
The audit itself is the diagnosis and the plan. Fixing is separate work, and we can do it. Technical issues are implemented under Technical SEO, and content and on-page changes under those services, all verified after the fact. Keeping the audit distinct from the fixes matters: it gives you an honest, tool-agnostic assessment you can act on with us or hand to your own team.
How long does an SEO audit take?
Most audits take one to three weeks, depending on the size of the site and how many issues surface. A focused site with a few hundred pages is faster than a large e-commerce or enterprise site with faceted navigation and thousands of URLs. We scope the timeline up front once we've seen the site and your Search Console data, so there are no surprises.
How often should we run an SEO audit?
A full audit once a year is a sensible baseline for most sites, with a lighter check-in every quarter. Run one sooner if you've had a traffic drop, a migration or redesign, a Google update that hit you, or a stretch with no SEO oversight. Between audits, ongoing monitoring catches new issues early, so you're not waiting a year to learn something broke.
