ImtiazDev is a technology and growth agency. This Site presents information about our work, lets you contact us, request a quote, book a call, and subscribe to updates. The content here is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular result.

Any project we deliver for you is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement). If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers.

03Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

04Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems or data;
• introduce malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site except as permitted by law;
• submit false information, impersonate others, or use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.

05Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, designs, code, and the ImtiazDev name and brand — are owned by ImtiazDev or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

06Client engagements and submissions

Information you submit through the Site — for example in a contact form or project brief — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending us an enquiry does not, by itself, create a client relationship; a project begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Ownership of deliverables, licenses, timelines, fees, warranties, and confidentiality for any engagement are set out in that separate agreement, not on this Site.

07Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We provide these for convenience and do not endorse them or accept responsibility for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms.

08Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImtiazDev and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability for any engagement is governed by the separate written agreement for that work.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImtiazDev and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

11Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle personal data and cookies. Please review them.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ImtiazDev is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over that location, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
