SaaS Integration Development

SaaS integration development that fits your product into their stack.

Customers keep the products that work with the tools they already use. We build the integrations that connect your SaaS to those tools, with OAuth, webhooks, and reliable two-way sync, engineered to stay consistent even when a provider is slow or down.

Your product doesn't live alone

Integrations are how your SaaS earns its place

No product is the only tool a customer uses. The ones that stick are the ones that plug into the rest of the stack, syncing with the CRM, posting to the chat tool, pulling from the calendar, so your SaaS becomes part of how work already flows rather than one more place to check.

The hard part isn't the first connection, it's keeping it reliable. Third-party APIs rate-limit, change, and go down, and webhooks arrive twice or out of order. We build integrations that expect all of that, so data stays consistent and your team isn't firefighting sync bugs.

What you get

Connections built to stay reliable

Secure account linking, two-way sync, and error handling that survives the real world.

  • Third-party integrations

Connections to the tools your customers already run, from payments and CRMs to email, calendars, and file storage.

  • OAuth and SSO connections

Secure account linking so customers connect their own tools and sign in through their identity provider, without sharing raw credentials.

  • Inbound and outbound webhooks

React to events from other systems, and notify them of yours, so data and actions flow both ways as things happen.

  • Reliable two-way data sync

Syncing with clear rules for direction and conflicts, so records stay consistent across systems instead of drifting apart.

  • A connector framework

A shared foundation for auth, mapping, and retries, so the next integration is a configuration, not another build from scratch.

  • Customer-facing settings

Per-tenant screens to connect, configure, and disconnect integrations, so customers manage their own connections without support.

  • Idempotent error handling

Retries and idempotency built in, so a duplicated webhook or a brief outage never doubles a record or drops an update.

  • Monitoring and observability

Logs and status for every sync, so you can see what moved, what failed, and why, and fix issues before customers notice.

How we build it

From data mapping to sync you can trust

A clear path from mapping the systems to a monitored, resilient integration, reviewed at every stage.

  1. 01

    Discovery & mapping

We map the systems, data, and events to connect, and how each field lines up, so the integration matches how you actually work.

  2. 02

    Design

We decide the auth model, sync direction, and how conflicts and failures are handled, before writing a single connector.

  3. 03

    Build

Typed connectors, webhooks, and jobs, tested against each provider's sandbox, shipped in reviewable iterations.

  4. 04

    Harden

We add retries, idempotency, and rate-limit handling, then wire in monitoring so failures surface early and recover cleanly.

  5. 05

    Launch & maintain

We roll out, watch the syncs, and adapt as third-party APIs change, so integrations keep working long after launch.

Why it matters

Integrations drive adoption, and trust keeps it

A missing integration is one of the most common reasons a deal stalls or a trial never converts. Each solid connection removes a reason to say no and makes your product harder to rip out, because it's now wired into the customer's daily workflow.

But a flaky integration does the opposite. Duplicated records and silent sync failures erode trust faster than a missing feature ever would, and they generate support tickets you pay for twice. Building integrations to be idempotent, observable, and resilient is what turns them from a liability into a moat.

FAQ

SaaS integration development, answered

Need to connect your product? Book a call and we'll scope the integrations with you.

What kinds of integrations can you build?

Connections to payments (like Stripe), CRMs, email and marketing tools, calendars, file storage, analytics, and identity providers, plus custom integrations with your customers' own systems. If a service has an API or webhooks, we can connect your SaaS to it.

How is this different from SaaS API development?

API development is about building your own endpoints for others to call. Integration development is about connecting your product to and from other systems: consuming their APIs, handling their webhooks, mapping data, and keeping it in sync. The two often go together, but the work is different.

How do you keep data in sync without duplicates or drift?

We define a clear source of truth and sync direction per field, then use idempotency keys and stable external IDs so the same event is never applied twice. Conflicts are resolved by explicit rules, not left to chance, which is what stops records from drifting apart.

Do you handle OAuth, SSO, and secure credentials?

Yes. We implement OAuth flows so customers grant access without sharing passwords, support SSO through their identity provider, and store tokens and secrets encrypted, refreshing them automatically so connections don't silently expire.

What happens when a third-party API changes or goes down?

We build for it. Requests retry with backoff, work queues so a provider outage delays rather than drops it, and monitoring alerts us to failures. When a provider changes their API, we version our connector and update it without breaking your customers' existing connections.

Can you add integrations to our existing SaaS?

Yes. We review how your product is built, then add integrations against your current backend and data model, ideally behind a connector framework so each new integration after the first is faster to ship.
